C H A R A C T E R I S T I C S


Black malt is used for production of dark beers with colour that
would not be otherwise achievable using only munich malt. This
malt is produced from kilned malts in the roasting drums after
initial moistening of the grains, applying gradation of roasting
temperatures.
Adds more harsh and bitter taste.
It is recommended to apply as 1-2% of the total malt dosage.
